JUMP START

Schools place students into their appropriate Year 11 and 12 Maths pathways based on their Semester 1 Year 10 results.

If a student is not achieving at the high levels by Year 10, then opportunities will be lost to study ATAR math subjects, which are a pre-requisite for University courses such as Engineering, Commerce, etc.

Tutoring support and/or extension in the start of year 10 for students achieving good results can help bring the students to the higher levels required for placement into the ATAR pathways.
